"Great location, lovely and clean. There are two things which let it down and could easily be resolved; 1) nowhere to leave our bags. We arrived early and the person on the intercom refused our request to leave our bags a couple of hours ahead of the check in time. Have never had this before and was most unhelpful and tiring to have to carry them round 2) there was no shower screen or curtain meaning the whole bathroom got wet when we had a shower"

"This was a very nice hotel, and I would definitely stay here again. The staff was so nice and helpful. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience."
