A great house for the family, The Family House has the following features:
. BEST location in Lancelin. 100m to the West is the beach and 100m to the East is the shopping centre and the park.

. Large shaded concrete verandah with gas BBQ and outdoor setting as well as a wood BBQ
. A large, fully fenced yard (1.8m high fences)

. Unlimited WIFI
. 2 x QS beds, 2 x single beds (1 trundle) and a set of bunk beds. Porta-cot also available (need to supply own linen for porta-cot)

This property is absolutely beautiful, fantastic. Location and a brilliant place to take your fur babies. Dealing with the owners was such a pleasant experience, friendly and happy to accommodate where possible . Will definitely be going back there

Very nice stay at this house, had everything we needed, plenty of room for 8 adults. Very close to the beach/shops. Beds were comfortable, house was clean when we arrived. Would definitely stay again and recommend it.

This is the second time we have stayed and love this property. It has everything you need and in a fabulous location. Our son just loved the swing and doggo loved running laps around the backyard!

Nice location. Spacious rooms. Good outside rear veranda Good front lawn space for games Oven works but oven fan needs replacement - fan forced option is unusable. BBQ could be replaced.

This is great place to stay. Close to the beach but protected from the wind. Walking distance to Main Street. The house is clean and well kept. Fencing is great for bringing our dog on holidays. Highly recommend

Great location. Close to the beach for a walk, close to the surf beach. Shops walking distance A really good place that allows for dogs. The kelpie/border collie ran laps of the backyard and was grinning every time he came around Thank you to the hosts for a great stay

Excellent property but only one problem. Shower over the bath which made it impossible to shower older visitors. Just need to make that clear when booking.

Lovely holiday unit, walking distance from just about everything. Bedrooms and bathroom are not overly big but the large open plan living area and patio make up for that. BBQ needs some TLC. Nice detailed instructions ahead of arrival.

We feel like we are servant not a guest with the things we have to do before check out, we understand the dishes, rubbish and vacumming but about linen COME ON !!! We did it anyway. Don't worry about bbq no one will use it with the condition it's in. Over all we like the location and house appliances that you provided and my kid had a great time.
