"Loved the cottages! Great location, nice beach even when the wind was howling at Grand Anse. The grounds were amazing and the sound of the waves at night was very calming. The Sand Bar was incredible to have within steps of the cottage. Overall, it exceeded expectations. "

"This hidden Jewel/Boutique Villa as it is noted on some sites lacks TLC and proper maintenance. The location is divine, quiet, welcoming pool and the three days of housekeeping is what is needed as the open concept, and nothing can completely close tight. It is NOT a jewel and far from a boutique!We booked it from Jan-18 to March-8-2026 (7 Weeks) but cut is short by one week as things came to a head. If you are not accustomed to a typical Caribbean house with glass lover windows, you will not know what I mean, as it can get quite noisy when the wind is moderately high. When we arrived, the AC in the main bedroom and the TV was not working. The next day there was no water and the backup pump was also not working. The first night reveled, the poor bed comfort, lumpy pillows, threadbare sheets that rolled up when sleeping.The furniture is old and very uncomfortable, so we had to put all the throw cushions under the seat cushion to give it some lift and softness. The place is full of junk especially the kitchen, and there was no Microwave. We also did not have hot water in the kitchen for 5 weeks., until I came to the rescue to solve the issue and as well as the water pump.Not sure if this could be considered Family friendly, as we encountered many live Centipedes in the bathroom, bedroom and living room."
