This place is so cute and quaint. I came here for a weekend getaway with my best friend celebrating her birthday. We also had massages booked in the Spa. The room we had was spacious and gorgeous. The hallways gave a feel of old luxury. We definitely didn’t feel like we were in Lancaster. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing getaway.
The staff were all amazing! They were very helpful, professional, and friendly.
The property was beautiful and the rooms were so comfortable, delightfully decorated, and spacious!
We absolutely loved our stay. Not only were the rooms clean and beautiful, the staff was so friendly and amazing. The restaurant was delicious. We had the autumn risotto, lamb, swordfish, lobster, and pasta and a wonderful Nebbiolo wine. We would highly recommend staying here.
Friendly, helpful staff, attractive early American style property.

We were not happy about the cleanliness of the room as housekeeping left a dirty towel in the bathroom and when we went up to the front desk they told us they would take care of it right away. We went to a concert and came back to the same dirty towel being in our bathroom. Our room was never cleaned in between night stays and trash was overflowing in room( trash cans are tiny) Had to request clean towels from front desk as we had no maid service . Manager Felicia told us if we came back we would have a free room on them since we booked through Expedia. I would have rather had a positive stay experience. There is a restaurant on premise that we had booked ahead of time. Service was great there, and the woman at the coffee shop was lovely
The restaurant was always full, so we ate at the bar - very good food, drinks & staff. We should have made reservations before we arrived. Only down side was carrying luggage up 1/2 flight of stairs for the first floor.
