"Everything was cool, I just didn’t like the placement of the bed. For a King bed suite, the bed was too close to the door. I feel like It should’ve been more in the middle of the room. The room also didn’t have a fridge and the entire floor has to share a communal microwave where the ice machine was. The ice machine didn’t even work. "

"Airport shuttle was main reason we stayed and it wasn't available, cost me over $60 for cab rides. Hotel is supposed to be smoke free, elevator smelled like an ashtray, 5th floor wasn't much better. Carpets were filthy and stained. If I ever have to travel to Charlotte again I will not use this hotel."

"Staff/ Nia/ was very friendly and welcoming. Lobby was clean. Afternoon snacks and drinks in lobby were nice. Housekeeping was friendly. Room was spacious and clean. $10.00 charge per car for parking when booking w 3rd party(Expedia). Overall good experience and we would come back. "
