The room was very clean and efficient. The staff was professional. The noise from the heater was a bit loud and the lighting from outside made the room not very dark so hard to sleep. I will probably stay again. Thank you.

Parking was easy, the hotel is pretty minimalistic, don’t know I’d stay there for a long term stay, but for the price, it’s perfect if you need to place to have a bed and a shower. Very clean.

Good enough

The room was clean, the staff were nice. Yes it was somewhat outdated, but this isn't the Waldorf. I needed an inexpensive place to crash. I was in town for a early slot at a test taking center so this was super convenient since I was from out of town. I didn't have to arise early, fight traffic etc.

Its always a great stay. We use only this location when traveling for Spooky Nook tournaments. Its 10 minutes from there. They have an awesome and welcoming restaurant next door (Villa Nova). The staff is friendly and drop what they are doing to help when needed!

I give Americas Best Value Inn five stars not because it is a "5 star hotel" (aka Ritz, Four Seasons) but because it delivers on what it promises: value. I have stayed here annually for conventions downtown which saves me hundreds of dollars each stay (say compared to the Marriott) and offers what I need: a place to sleep, shower, and keep my things an easy 10min drive from downtown. The staff is friendly. I've always found a parking spot in the lot, and I have never had any issues. The room comes with a fridge and microwave so I can also save on restaurants. If you have the correct expectations, I recommend Americas Best Value Inn.
