"This place was exactly as listed! The place was beautiful along with the view. We were very pleased with the stay and plan on booking again for the future. The boat dock was easily accessible and was perfect for us to leave the boat in the lake over our stay. It was tucked into a little cove, which allowed for the perfect wave break and we were able to sit out on the dock and fish in the evening. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone staying."

"The location is peaceful, beautiful & conveniently located close to stores. The aesthetics of the home can only be described as chic and minimalistic but lovely & warm all at the same time with wonderful views of the lake. The place was clean and had lots of great amenities. For the price it’s an absolute must stay. We stayed in the winter so we didn’t even get a chance to experience the elk river. "

Wonderful stay at Double Down
"The property was absolutely perfect. Our kids did bike camp during the day and swam in the afternoons and evenings. It was a quick drive to any trial, and especially close to the water falls at Tanyard Creek. The house was super clean and ready for an active family. The lily pad on the lake was a favorite for the kids. Maria was extremely responsive for any questions. Highly recommend."
