Comfortable modern room close to village market and river. Very lovely and helpful host. Beautifully presented Thai breakfast (American was also on offer)

มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงวันเข้าพักโดยของลูกค้าจองพักวันที่ 4 พ.ค 66 แต่เลื่อนของลูกค้าไป 7 พ.ค 66 โดยไม่มีการยินยอมจากลูกค้า พอทราบถามก็ได้คำตอบว่าโทรแล้วไม่ติด ห้องเต็มแล้ว แต่ในระบบยังสามารถจองและจ่ายตังค์ได้ตามปกติ แต่พอลูกค้าไม่มีการติดต่อมาตามที่แจ้งทางโทรศัพท์ ไม่มีคำขอโทษ เพียงแต่แจ้งให้ไปพักที่อื่นในเรทราคาใกล้เคียงกัน แต่ไกลจากที่เดิมไปพอสมควร รู้สึกไม่ประทับใจมากๆกับการเดินทางมาไกลเพื่อจะพักผ่อน หากลูกค้าไม่เช็คอีเมลว่ามีการแจ้งเลื่อนวันจากระบบ (ในเมลระบุว่า ลูกค้าเลื่อนวันเข้าพัก) แต่เราไม่ได้เลื่อนเอง ที่พักเป็นคนเลื่อน ที่พักควรจะติดต่อลูกค้าให้ได้ก่อนหรือควรปิดจองในระบบ
