10/10 Excellent

"My son may have stayed here quite a few times now and I’ve got to say it’s my most favourite hotel in London. The staff are always so happy and pleasant. The breakfast is delicious although if I had to fault one thing it would be I could do with a stronger coffee in the morning. The beds are super comfortable. The shower is wonderful as are the bath products The location is great honestly I can’t fault it."

"The property was very well situated to catch the 77 bus to Southbank/Waterloo. We found free parking nearby (weekend) and it suited our plans very well. There are small convenience stores, eateries and (if you really must) a MacDonald nearby. We ended up with a room without windows, with a skylight we couldn't open as it was covered in dust bunnies. This was more than offset by facing away from the road, high up and very quiet (for London!). The room had nice facilities for tea, coffee and so on. Nice shower, beds also quite good. It happened to be a muggy night and no windows, so the addition of fan was welcome. All in all - would return!"
