"Lovely clean hotel the only thing that let it down was the bed, it was very comfy but because of it’s location it meant I had to be climbed over for my partner to use the toilet in the middle of the night"

"Convenient as short walk to London BigBen and love the area as quiet and not too crowded part. The property generally is classy and clean however our room is not as clean especially the bathroom, there are missed areas uncleared under the toilet bowl etc. I do appreciate the effort they did when I told them it’s my daughter’s birthday so we had a cake waiting in the room which was nice ."

"Room was clean and had everything we needed for a one night in London. It is right next to Lamberth North tube station so was super easy to jump on the tube and get about. We only ever needed to travel in zone 1. Loads of places are walkable if you wanted to walk into the main stops. Staff were super friendly and will be choosing this hotel again."

"Great location, but the photos of the rooms were quite deceptive. Though the rooms are very well kept and clean, the images made the rooms look much larger. DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION DURING A WARM PERIOD. Though air conditioning is listed as an amenity, our room was at 25C (77F) during our entire last evening. We called reception in the middle of the night, and a very condescending young man arrived at our room indicating nothing was wrong. I know enough about HVAC to assess that there was a system issue that the staff would not acknowledge. When we went onto the balcony the next morning, several rooms on the balcony level had their balcony doors fully open."
