"We knew this was an older hotel when booking. We expected some things to be dated. After arriving at our rooms late in the evening one of them, the TV would not work properly. It was stuck on a home screen of some kind. Also, the heater would not blow heat. I spoke to the guy front desk when checking out and updated him on the issues. He was very helpful and apologetic. He was going to tell the manager right away. I was told they would contact me to "make this right". Some positives are the rooms had been repainted recently. The matresses looked to be newer and were comfortable. "
