My major concern was that the listing stated that the owners who live in the house above stay at one of their other properties when the downstairs apartment is booked. Great communication with the owner as we had a little trouble with figuring out WiFi and the tv. Lower level definitely chilly but my husband loved it. House was clean and in a great location."

"My friend and our adult children stayed for the weekend for the Luke Combs concert and it worked out perfect. We had enough space for all of us, the place was very clean. The breakfast items were greatly appreciated and although we didn't need anything, there were even commonly missed items in the bathroom--toothbrushes, floss, etc. Would definitely stay again if the opportunity arose."

"This property is beautifully and thoughtfully designed to be a perfect rental. We had plenty for room for all 13 people to sleep comfortably, share the bathrooms, and gather in the living space. It was a bonus to enjoy the pond and the woods. It was an easy distance to travel to Penn State for graduation. Our hostess anticipated our needs and we lacked for nothing and everything was easy to find and clearly labeled."
