"The property was listed as a 1 bedroom,it was a studio.Just about everything in it from the bedding to the kitchen is worn and needs to be replaced.It needs a good cleaning.It was only me so I did not complain.I was staying on the island for 10 days and only booked here for 3 in case it was not as advertised,and found another place.In my opinion it is a 2.5 star out of 5 in western standards. "The apartment was in run down area. A first they tried to make us pay 5bath per kw for hydro…However the owner was there on the last day to straighten that issue out. Took almost a week to get a water cooler. Had to recycle our water bottles in the fridge constantly to have cold drinking water. The AC barely worked as the gas needed recharging… Asked the staff to fix it but nothing was actually done to fix the AC… Room was uncomfortably hot all the time…."

"After arriving and meeting with Ian - we decided overnight that we had chosen the wrong location for our vacation and made arrangements to go to an actual resort the next morning and left. We only stayed the one night and do not expect a refund of any kind. I'm sure the property is fine for the right tourists - but we were not them. I made the wrong choice to begin with. Ian was very nice and I do not have an opinion on the property itself."

"Initial impression not good in need of some maintenance. Room appeared to be clean, but house keeping only cleans the obvious don't look under the bed. Large room comfortable firm bed. Balcony nice once floor had been cleaned. AC worked well, shower but no shower stall, plenty of hot water. It served it's purpose. Should I return I would look for other venue. Fair price."

Diw Adresse stimmte nicht Telefon war in Frankreich .der verwalter zeigte uns das er garnicht mit Fewo arbeitet. Nur dank das der verwalter uns ein anderes Quartier besorgte u uns dort hin gefahren hat, konnten wir aof Koh Samui Urlaub machen.Näheres folgt u unsere fast 6000,00 euro verlangen wir zurück.gruss wolfgang Crackow"

"We just stayed here for one night after traveling for about 24 hours (with 3 kids) to get to Thailand from the United States. This property was perfect to have as a “landing pad” to rest and recuperate for the night. The pool was refreshing and fun, my kids loved the mango and banana shakes at the pool bar, we really loved the location, as well as the very quiet and dark room to get a great night’s sleep in. And the breakfast… wow! Exceptional! We will definitely stay here again for any family trips we do to Koh Samui. Great stay!"
