"What a lovely property, it was a real pleasure to deal with Donald who was fast to respond and provide excellent information and advice.We really enjoyed the pool and the ability to walk into town. The house was extremely comfortable and well appointed- a real home from home. The beds were divine and the house worked well with our family.The lack of AC was a bit of a concern - but the ceiling fans were a revelation, so good we will fit them at home.I’d give the property a 10 out of 10 and would definitely stay there again."

"Een bijzonder mooi en karakteristiek huis van alle gemakken voorzien en op loopafstand van een prachtig dorpje. Waar je heerlijk kunt eten. De spa en ook de twee terassen zorgen ervoor dat je altijd ergens schaduw hebt en heerlijkt kunt afkoelen. Wij hebben het heerlijk naar ons zin gehad!"

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, chez Marie Christine et son Mari, qui sont des hôtes très sympathiques ,bienveillants et soucieux du bien être de leurs locataires D' ailleurs nous remercions Marie Christine pour ces petites attentions qui nous ont fait très plaisir Jolie petite maison, idéalement située pour visiter la région. Très propre et très bien équipée, literie très confortable. La location dispose d'une belle terrasse donnant sur un joli parc ombragé, dont nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter à cause de la canicule... A contrario, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la clim, qui nous à bien aidé, à supporter les très fortes températures. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet hébergement , qui à tout pour passer un agréable séjour C'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons , chez Marie Christine et son Mari ,à l'occasion d'une nouvelle escapade en DORDOGNE."

"Great apartment and lovely setting. Clean with everything you would need. The weather was extremely hot which curtailed our activities. The local supermarket had closed. Replaced supermarket and is at other end of town. The owner/ manager of the house kindly took us to the supermarket at the start of our stay. Everyone was friendly"

"Lovely house, pool and location - directly on the bank of the Dordogne river. Really peaceful and quiet village, coming from the Home counties the lack of aeroplane noise and sirens was so refreshing. The small town of Lalinde has all you need and a lovely restaurant in the town square. We spent a day in Bergerac, visited Castelnaud, Sarlat, Tremolat, Limeuil, Le Buisson, Beynac & Lascaux - Recommend all of them. A canoe trip along the river was a real highlight for us, there is so much to do. Don't overlook a wine tasting tour, organise your own, all of the vineyards are super welcoming. The whole area is so clean, friendly and welcoming, try speaking a little French, it goes a long, long way.In short, we had a fantastic two weeks at a lovely, large property. Thanks you."
