"Quiet, clean and convenient location for shopping and dining. The property sprawls a bit but there is a golf cart shuttle that can take you from one end to the other. Asparagus restaurant connected to the property serves great food, (I especially enjoyed the steak) and the free breakfast was plentiful in selection. All staff were friendly and accommodating and some made a point of remembering our names. I can also highly recommend Ambient Spa which I took advantage of twice. Very professional and well trained. I highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Stayed many times over the years but things have gone a bit backward. The towels are terrible and need to be replaced ASAP, they are only good for cleaning rags. Stayed on 5th floor and the water was lukewarm at best for 3 days and not acceptable. Pool chlorine was so strong it burnt my eyelashes. Positives are great location happy staff and price point for what you get is on the money. Small changes will go a long way for western clientele. Competing with Harris Hotel around the corner that offers a lot more for same price"

"An amazing stay for our Honeymoon. The staff are so friendly and helpful We stayed 5 nights and every night was enjoyable. Villa is walking distance to busy streets of Seminyak It’s quiet and so peaceful in the villas . The pool is huge and always kept clean. The staff were helpful organising local activities and drivers etc Restaurant breakfast is great , food options for in room dining are plenty Had a great stay and will be back for sure "

"Loved the location and the Pools. The staff were great and friendly. The ONLY addition I would ADD to this resort is a small bar/cocktail lounge area for when you want to just SIT somewhere, have a drink and maybe watch some sport or mingle. You could only do that by the pool. The resort is perfect though. "
