"Awesome!!"

"Lovely property very close to harbor but far enough away to be quiet. The room was comfortable and we had the ocean view version with a great view. Staff very nice and helpful."

"Absolutely fabulous hotel , by far the nicest and cleanest hotel during our 14 night stay in Sri Lanka . Would love to have stayed longer"

"This property is a bit tucked away and not the easiest to access, but once you arrive, it’s well worth the journey. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the complimentary tuk-tuk shuttle service to and from the main road is a thoughtful touch that makes getting around much easier. Breakfast is simple but satisfying, providing a good start to the day."

"The room had efficient air conditioning and was clean and well presented. The couple who run it are absolutely lovely. Breakfast was served every morning, I asked only for fruit and tea, so I am not sure what is available above and beyond this. My fruit was delicious and freshly prepared. The location is quiet, being down a short path, and the location is excellent for convenience and beach access, plus bars and restaurants. "Yes"

"this hotel is budget friendly but not that like regular hotel."

"What a fantastic little hotel in Mirissa. The fresh fruit selection at breakfast was amazing. Waking up in a four-poster bed and stepping onto a balcony overlooking the beach and coconut trees was an absolute joy. The pool was lovely, and from the balcony you could even see Coconut Tree Hill. The location is perfect—within walking distance of Coconut Tree Hill, Mirissa Beach, as well as plenty of restaurants, shops, and spas. Tuk-tuks are easy to find if you want to explore further, but...

"The room was spacious, spotless and comfy. The AC was a brand new unit - much appreciated at the height of hot season. The location is faultless for the beach, the breakfast was great but most of all the hosts were really really lovely people."

"Close to beach, friendly staff, clean room."
