"This is a family run hotel. We had an apartment. Basic but very clean and the family are renovating the rooms so they will change soon. Extremely friendly and helpful. Ramona, Danny and family speak a variety of languages - especially Ramona. They could not do enough for you. We arrived after 11pm in the evening and they greeted us and showed us to our rooms. Departing they let us know we could stay as long as we wanted as our flight was not until the evening. Food is really good and I would recommend the Greek omelette for breakfast - delicious. We stayed for the Easter celebrations and it was fab - a bit noisy with the dynamite at times - but a great experience. As it was just before the start of the season not everywhere was open and again due to Easter the opening times of shops etc varied. Fab time was had and we would definitely recommend and go again."

"The staff was incredibly professional, Irini and Anastasia especially made your day by welcoming you as you came and went. The bar staff were so friendly and helpful with coffee and George the morning chef was such a super friendly individual who made sure you enjoyed breakfast. "We had a last minute trip to kalymnos staying at Alkyonis apartments hosted by the lovely Evi who in spite of flight delays kept well In touch with us by email as well as text message. The warmest welcome greeted us on our arrival and Evi's kindness and helpful manner continued all week. The apartments are perfect for a comfortable stay in a beautiful quiet relaxing area of the island. We have loved staying so much that we are already planning our return next year.
