"Arrived at 4:30pm and tucked into a great room in the Main building. Grabbed a bite out and came back to relax. I had a hectic week at work and it was so good to sleep so soundly- 10pm to 7am straight through, which I never do. Lovely balcony off the room that I would have loved to use if the weather was a bit nicer. Great stay, highly recommend. "

"We stayed at the River House at the Morris Estate for three nights with friends. Itā€™s an amazing place and was absolutely gorgeous. It is a hidden gem in Niles, Michigan. We had a beautiful, clean suite overlooking the river. We spent lots of time at the outside fire pit and the fireplace inside and also walked the many trails on the estate. The breakfasts were delicious and every employee we met was kind, friendly and informative. We plan to return next year!"

"This was a 4 day getaway to relax. While there is no water view from the property, a short walk and some steps led us to the perfect semiprivate beach. There were umbrellas, chairs and 2 kayaks available to use. Despite it being mid September, the water was swimmable and the temps were high 80s. We brought our dogs with us and they loved swimming in the water. I can't speak to how busy it is during the peak summertime, but we had the entire stretch to ourselves. Loved that!
