"The property was stunning and absolute charm especially during this season. I posted some beautiful videos and images to my instagram and they reposted them to their account. One was watching the sunrise over the steaming lake from the bayside inn. The darling window seat nook, and beautiful wallpaper and charming details of the inn made you feel transported to a picturesque Normal Rockwell inspired place. I had dinner at Lago? The restaurants on the main level of Bayside Inn. As a solo traveller I was shown quickly to a seat at the bar despite the busy season. The food was fabulous and the people were friendly and accommodating. The one hutch was the delay to check in which took about 2.5 hours after 4pm. The manager the next morning offered me 20% off and I am still waiting to see if that will go through since I booked via Expedia. Overall it was charming and so welcoming. I can’t wait to bring my whole family here."

"The Ballard House Inn is a 7 bedroom bed and breakfast inn in Meredith that my husband and I stayed at over this past weekend. We truly enjoyed our stay there, would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it. The inn itself is absolutely charming, very well kept, clean and tastefully furnished and decorated. There is a fairly large dining room where complementary breakfast is served as well as two additional rooms to relax in. Throughout the inn snacks are left for the guests as well as complementary water, soda, coffee, beer and wine. The bedroom we had was good sized, the bed was very comfortable and the fireplace was a really nice touch. Bedrooms are on the second and third floors. The bathroom was also a good size and had everything we needed. The owner was wonderful, ensuring that we had everything we needed. They go above and beyond for their guests. It was such a positive experience and far superior to a hotel room. The location was convenient and easy to find. 5 stars isn’t enough to convey how highly we recommend the Ballard House Inn! Mary and Jack"

"If you're looking for the ideal location for a large group to getaway and relax, have a reunion, or in our case celebrate my wife's 60th birthday surrounded by all of our family and friends, this is the place for you. The house was immaculate, and there is ample room for everyone even when in our case we used almost every bed. During the day we had a handful of family join us that were not staying over and even with 25 people you never feel crowded, the house effortlessly provided the perfect setting without feeling over full. The view is exceptional, and the lake provides endless opportunities for fun and adventure. We brought up a bunch of our own kayaks and paddle boards and managed to get all 12 of us the first morning out on a short paddle around the area. What a great start to the day. The location is perfect for a group walk into town for lunch or some shopping. I would definitely recommend Hermit Woods Winery & Eatery 10 minutes away on foot - great food & drink options. The camp fire provided use the perfect setting to unwind and share stories over some wine at the end of each night. They even provided toys for any little ones in the group. Check-in & check-out was a breeze. Renee was a great host and quickly responded to any questions I had. Highly recommended! Thank you Renee, your home is lovely!"

"We had a lovely weekend in Meredith at this adorable house! Tucked into a tiny wooded drive and only a short ride from the center of Meredith, this gorgeous, clean, stylish house was the perfect combination of modern amenities (all Viking appliances!) and a woodsy lake home. The kitchen was incredible. Really loved the 3 season porch expansion and the bright sunroom. The property was great and we just had to try out the hammock. So relaxing! If you are looking to stay in the Lake Winnipesaukee area or are staying for a concert in Gilford’s Bank of NH pavilion (like us), don’t hesitate to book this place!"

"Our stay at Steven and Joan's was exceptional!! We were super comfortable in every way.The bed was amazingly comfortable. Every room was clean and in good shape. Beautiful bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had the place to ourselves because the other family members we were hoping could come, couldn't make it. But what a treat to have it to ourselves! We had one small situation with the grass in the driveway that got messed up when a friend came to see us. We called Joan to ask what we should do. She was so kind and helpful. It was a simple resolve so there was no problem. Also, we were able to actually talk to her, and not have to leave a message or text. They were helpful and available! Wonderful time and great hosts...Steve and Joan! THANKYOU!!!"
