"My husband and I stayed here for a staycation for our anniversary. The carpets and furniture had stains. Our free breakfast I paid for was not on the reservation. When I called to find out where to park, no one answered the phone. Would not stay here again."

"The staff on the reception desk was very friendly and helpful, car attendants were good, but the house keeping staff below my expectations, bed didn’t make up and amenities were not fill up."

The Guest House at Graceland
"The place is clean and nice but it's a lower end 4 star, no complimentary water in room or water stations except in the lobby during the evening. Very basic bathroom amenities, charge for parking even though it's way out of town in a cheap area. They charge the same as Peabody which is much better. ..."

"It was very clean they had things ready for you to use. It was in center of every were .you can walk to beal st with no problem. I didn't really see the staff but when I call down there before coming there they wear very help full."
