If I can recommend anything to the owner, is to increase the toilet paper and garbage bag's stock, because we ran out of them before leaving the place. This could be depending on the quantity of people at home and if not used, it should be left in the home."

"The condo was as described and was exactly what we needed for the week!! The overall cleanliness of the condo was just ok, the pool and pool area could use some TLC. "Very clean, nice neighborhood. I grew up in Lakeland and this area is safe and private. Very pleasant host who was outside when we arrived. I didn’t get to thank her because we were rushing to change outfits. Was in town for a friend’s event. Stayed one night with my wife and son. Son slept soundly on the sofa bed. "Our teenage daughters made it to Summit for cheer. The house was big enough for all of us, the pool was perfect, and the location wasnt far from Disney at all. My favorite part was the projector screen by the pool. We watched a movie every night while the kids swam."

"The location was great, close to Disney and other shopping areas. The community pool and hot tubs were nice, We enjoyed the bar drinks and food. The condo itself was nice. The negatives were There are no extra rolls of toilet paper, no paper towels, only one trash bag. They’re definitely should be more of this for a seven day stay with seven people staying for the price we paid. Also the beds were very uncomfortable, they definitely need toppers or different mattresses, they were hard as rocks...
