This place is famous for its huge gators. I've been there several times and have always seen some. This guy, however, is an exceptionally large dude. I cut my hike short and let him sit in the sun.

"This was our third year staying in the Watersong community. The house was exactly as described. Our family really enjoyed the pool area! The location was great, as it was close to the entrance/exit gates. We paid extra for pool/spa heat and it was totally worth the money! It was such a lovely home. I would definitely recommend this property. "

"Staying at this lovely house was one of my families all time favorite vacations. There were only 5 of us but this house could easily fit 3 or more families. The pool was large and the hot tub was huge! Added bonus is that the resort is right behind the house, you could literally cut through the bushes and be there in 15 seconds."

"We stayed a month and absolutely loved Emerald island resort! Our home was just right and the pool and hot tub were the best! The owner was outstanding with his excellent prompt responses and communication! Everything you could want is nearby, shopping, groceries and dining, and of course Disney! We would definitely stay again!"

"Finding the check in was probably the only slight negative about this resort. It is huge and caters for the huge number of people that visit it extremely well. Everywhere is hustling and busy all the time, but you can always get a drink/food/sunbed easily. Staff were great too. "
