"Conveniently located, pleasant and helpful reception staff. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss. Bedrooms don't seem to be made up nowadays, coffees etc not replenished so overall a high price for little more than an AirBNB."
"Beautiful and unique hotel with an authentic B&B aesthetic, a cozy room with a comfy bed and very friendly service. The breakfast was also very tasty. The hotel is in an old house, so noise suppression is not the best, but that is something that just comes with the territory. HĂ€meenlinna is a pretty quiet town, so outside noises are not a problem.
Heartily recommended as an alternative to more boring and conventional hotels.
