Disliked: Check-in, communication

Double booked so we didn't get in.

The property mrg was hard to get ahold of...emails and calling over 4 days finally the morning of check-in I text messaged, got a response that he would get back to me, then 2 hrs before check-in he told me they already had someone there. It had been double booked!
