"We had one of the few sitting balconies and the ocean and pool views were beautiful! I sat out there every morning and enjoyed my coffee. They have Keurig coffee makers in the room which was a pleasant surprise. The beds are a little firmer than I normally like but I slept ok. The bathroom is very nice. The resort has a pool and a hot tub which was filled with kids so I never had the opportunity to use the hot tub. All the lounges by the pool start filling up by 9am so we didn't get those either. The resort is right on the beach and they have plenty of lounges and umbrellas so even if they were all used they will set more up for you. The bar outside is beautiful. Went a couple of times. Also had breakfast out there one morning. The ebikes are fun. You get 1 hour free then they are $15 after that. Sadly we went over by 4 minutes so we were charged. There is a beautiful park only about 10 or 15 minutes walk. Definitely worth a visit."

"Check in very hot lobby humidity inside. The room was terrible bed very small very weak cracking noise, bathtub floor moving scary, kitchen floor noise cover with rug. Night came to go sleep smelly humidity even in the hallway same smell. The smell was so strong started coughing. The public beach had no bathroom, or water to wash y feet no where.. if I had any questions in the Front Desk, she tell me to speak to the person you rented from but they were the ones who gave me the key to get in. They have no control of anything else besides providing me with the key. Got so frustrated the strong smell in the room get up pack. My stuff went to the front desk and turn the key in. I explained to the person who was working in the Front Desk that I can’t stay here. It’s terrible smell. I’m leaving. Here is the key. I wouldn’t recommend nobody to go back there. I don’t care where is it in West Palm, but it was bad to reserve a condo there, although we reserved since January 13 of this year I was so disappointed for my results. I would not recommend nobody to stay there."

"The room was clean, older (1928 per the hosts yelling at me on the phone) but clean. The property is pretty. HOWEVER, the surrounding area leading up to the house was homeless lining the streets. When I was given my check in instructions, that's where I was told about street parking. The photos conveniently leave out all of the street parking where the cars line bumper to bumper. That's not shown in the aerial view. I am a female traveler who didn't feel comfortable parking and walking in the dark. Neighbors have signs up everywhere "no trespassing" "under surveillance". When I contacted the host it was simply to inform that I had chosen not to stay due to safety concerns and the condition of parts of the room. I didn't take photos of anything because I didn't intend to escalate anything. I had no reason, until the host called me. The host of this listing cannot get his emotions under control. I was instantly met with hostility. A female guest is saying they are not staying because of safety concerns, a male host calling with aggression isn't the answer! Enjoy your stay as long as you have no complaints. HOST-update the parking info on listing so we can decide. When a guest brings something to your attention - take a breath rather than call and unload on them. I would not have escalated this past the initial message had you not called and spoke to me the way you did. I understand pride in your property and it's your business but your behavior confirmed my concerns."
