"We enjoyed our stay and received great value for the accommodations. The staff checking in and checking out were great. The property is not as close to the check-in location as I thought but that was okay because it was situated in a very quiet place up on the mountain per se. My only negative is the amenities fee charged for my one-night stay in which I really cannot use. Check-in time is 4 and the pools, mini-golf, games, etc close at 5. By the time one checks in, drives to the unit and then has to drive back to the rec center it's almost 5. Check-out is at 10 and the place opens at 8 but I am not in a rush to go do those activities at 8 am. Would have been nice if the amenities were available until 7 or 8 at least. The price was right so the fee is not that much of a big deal other than I couldn't really use what I paid for."

"If you are visiting a child at Western Carolina University, this is the best hotel that we have stayed at. New and equidistant from the university and downtown Sylva. Easy access to Walmart or grocery stores if you need. Staff is always polite and the hotel is always clean."

"What a perfect setting for our stay! Having a waterfall in the backyard was an added bonus.My husband and I enjoyed our morning coffee listening to the falls. The condo was well maintained and very clean. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing us with local recommendations and making our stay a breeze. Thank you, Jason for a great stay!"
