"This is a unique and very nice property. They have a ton of extras on property. The rooms are nice but as a small suggestion, some type of counters pace or top in the bathroom would be helpful and there's room. Also a reconfiguring of the shower . It would be great for a large group traveling together with everything they have to offer. The location is also great."

"My husband, our pup, and I have been vacationing in Northern Michigan every October for years to celebrate our anniversary, and we’ve stayed in many rental homes. This year, our daughter and grandson joined us, and we stayed at this home for the first time. We were absolutely blown away! The expansive property, gorgeous views, hot tub, and beautiful home stocked with everything you could possibly need made this a dream come true! The trails throughout the property and the privacy allowed our pup to be off-leash while we were outside with him. He was a completely different dog—no anxiety, barking, or agitation. He loved it just as much as we did! We took long walks throughout the property and still didn’t manage to explore all of it. Since we didn’t have a lot of time and only had one day of sunshine, we took a few side trips. We got to experience the unbelievable beauty of Torch Lake for the first time, and my husband even taught our grandson to fish. And the location is close enough to Glen Arbor/Empire, Sleeping Bear and Lake Michigan that we were able to do a day trip. Such wonderful memories! I honestly don’t have adequate words to describe the beauty, peaceful setting, and gorgeous home. I’m already planning our return trip- and this time, we’re staying longer! We’ve had several wonderful rental experiences over the years, but none even came close to this home and I’m so grateful to Dale and Mike for sharing it with us!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay over Labor Day weekend. The property is very well-appointed with everything you'd need to cook in and self-entertain! Places like this make it so much easier to pack when you don't need to plan for the "what-ifs." I may actually prefer not being directly on the bigger body of water (with beautiful Torch Lake just across the street) to take advantage of the access to the paddle boards and kayaks. The launch ramp was sweet! We had a great time and topped it off with a very fairly priced pontoon boat rental from the property on Monday and were able to cruise all over Torch Lake. Meagan was very easy to reach and we felt like we were on top of everything throughout the process. We are already planning to return next year and are grateful for our accommodating and considerate guests! Thank you!"

The home was immaculate inside and out, incredibly well-stocked, and easily accommodated our group of six without anyone feeling crowded. We loved the peaceful, secluded grounds and beautiful views. Having easy lake access and dedicated boat parking was a massive plus. To top it off, the hosts were extremely accommodating and highly responsive."
