"Wonderful hotel with a lot of amenities! Self check in was easy and there was staff nearby to help as well. The room was so clean, surprisingly spacious, and very new! Our favorite part was the Onsen on the 26th floor. It was so relaxing after a long day of walking and views were spectacular. Remember to bring towels with you as they don’t provide towels there. Food at the lounge connected to the Onsen is not bad and a nice easy quick option for a bite if you don’t want to head back out or eat convenience store food.
The hotel is located a bit of a walk from Sapporo station. It’s an easy 10 minute walk but beware if you have a lot of luggage as the street is bumpy and there are multiple crossings to go through from the station to hotel.
We didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast buffet but there was a line out the door every morning so get there early if you plan to eat there."
"Clean, comfortable, and relatively quiet. Very convenient location. I have, however, stayed at similar hotels for about 70% of the cost, so 4 stars. It’s a bit expensive."
"The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was simply amazing. I tend to avoid hotel breakfasts, but this was so delicious that I came back for more."
"I stayed in a room with a queen bed. It was quiet, comfortable, and clean. The only drawback was that there was no space to put clothes except for a few hangers along the wall. I used the small table in the room to lay out my suitcase - not a problem as I was traveling solo. I would stay here again because of the cleanliness of the room, the comfortable bed, the helpful staff, and the location within a five minute walk from the subway station."
