"Communication with host was slow. I would message thru the app and then hours later send the message to the listed phone number. That usually got a timely response. Toilet in master bathroom was not working on arrival, it had no water refilling the tank, contacted host, toilet mysteriously begin working the next morning. Kitchen lacked dish clothes and had only 2 towels. A few extras like food storage containers, ziplock bags, foil, and water glasses would be a great addition. As others have...
