The stairs leading to the apartment from the sidewalk was the first surprise as the step was not evenly spaced. The apartment was ok. The main area is dated, but it has everything you need and an updated bath area and it's a great location if you are in Wilmington for something. We were there for the Whiteface uphill bike race.
