It's no surprise that USA Today featured this magnificent 5,500 square-foot residence on its list of 50 awesome vacation rentals in the United States. Located on the 7MM of Lake of the Ozarks, the duplex-style home sits in a tranquil wooded, no wake zone cove, with a gentle slope of land to the water. It is within walking distance to Camden on the Lake, bar/restaurant, boat rentals, and 10 minutes to groceries and shopping. You will have access to the original 1950s concrete pier, an outdoor shower and covered boat slips. There are two spacious patios with fireplaces, dining and lounge areas and endless views of the lake. The open interior's upscale, creative décor spans rustic, modern, country and urban styles. Unique design themes that celebrate the fun of life on the water add interest to each of the home's eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The home's expansive two-level floor plan includes two kitchens, a rustic coffee bar and abundant room for entertaining. Downstairs, the circle wet bar with its multiple TVs, is perfect for meetings or game day.

There is a boat dock that has a 12 x 32 and 12 x 28 boat slips, 12x12 slip for two PWC's; private launch ramp. Swim dock with loungers for all ages.

Best VRBO for a large group.
The property was absolutely stunning as mentioned. Spotless and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. 2 fully equipped kitchens with every appliance you could think of, so leave yours at home. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans available so you can leave those home as well. Per our guest, every bed was comfortable. Plenty of space to unwind and drift off in a quiet spot if we needed to. Both decks equipped with enough seating space to enjoy a meal outdoors. Friends enjoyed fishing on nice spacious dock. The coffee bar was the cutest little station to setup for coffee, donuts and breakfast pastries. Card and board games available. Laundry room on 1st floor and lower level very clean. The Sonos sound system was a big hit along with the beautiful drop-down bar. (Thanks for the ideas.) The host Connie was amazing, responded quickly to every question I had and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Her words to me were have fun, enjoy and that we did. Our stay was delightful, and the property exceeded our expectations. If I could give it 10 stars I would. I've posted a tour of the house, and everyone is asking for the information to book this house. We can't wait to return! Many thanks to the owners for renting out this amazing large home. Connie, people may message you and say Melissa did a tour and I'm ready to reserve my dates.

Girl’s Trip
This property is excellent! We had 7 women in our group and we never wanted to leave. The house has several gathering areas and all the bedrooms are secluded and private. Highly recommend!! The listing says there’s a hot tub but it’s actually a jacuzzi bathtub in one of the bathrooms. Not an actual hot tub.

Wonderful place for girls weekend
This is an absolutely lovely property. We booked the place for a girls trip and it was wonderful. Plenty of space for eight people, all of whom had their own bedroom and bathroom. The decor is sleek, modern yet cozy. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed for cooking and serving meals. The weather was so cold that weekend, we never left the house! Yet we had a great time simply hanging out in this spacious, beautiful property. We will definitely book this place again!

Great place for a family
It’s a great property that can accommodate a relatively large group. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The internet needs to be better. It’s virtually non-existent in the lower level. Overall a great time!

Wi-Fi and Communication with Property Manager Nightmare
The INCORRECT Wi-Fi name and password were initially sent to me. "LOLHI" which seemed odd at first. When we arrived at the property and tried connecting, the info was not found/not valid. Numerous attempts were made to the phone number provided for the Property Manager, Blake. My phone calls and voice message went Unanswered for a while. I then decided to TEXT and got a response finally! I was given totally different Wi-Fi log-in information. LAKETIME. How do you mix those two up?! Very "Undesirable" first impression of Management. No APOLOGY for the inconvenience nor EXPLANATION was offered on why or how the wrong info was provided from the beginning. LOLHI. Also, there was a bag of trash that was left in the lower private kitchen pantry upon my arrival at the property. BEWARE: If a problem arises, the property manager never answers the phone.
