"Amazing view. Especially the observation room which the front desk lets you know when is sun rise and sunset"

"Hotel was clean but we were told it was a love hotel that also offered rooms by the hour. Found things in room we weren’t used to and although it was a clean room we felt we should have been told ahead of time."

"ホテルからの富士山撮影は鉄塔や電線が邪魔して撮影には向かない　残念😞"

"Clean and spacious hotel inside Fuji-Q Highland Amusement Park. Hotel guests have priority entrance to the amusement park and free parking (remember to ask for parking voucher). Onsen inside the hotel (temporary closed for renovation during our stay - Oct/Nov 2026). There are rooms with mountain view options. "Very friendly staff with warm atmosphere - even when you do not have any ideas to enjoy your stay at that area, you will get better suggestions from them. One thing to keep in your mind - wish to have better weather during your stay!"

"My stay at La Vista Fuji Kawaguchiko was wonderful. The view of Mount Fuji was absolutely breathtaking—the kind of view you never get tired of looking at. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. I especially appreciated the staff’s help with transportation, which made getting around so much easier. Everyone was welcoming and helpful, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. A beautiful place with wonderful people. I would happily stay here again!"

"家電が少し古かったが、使用するには問題は無かったです。"

"The staff were very nice. The location of this hotel is a great spot for observing Mt. Fuji (both in rooms and the front of the hotel). The rooms are outdated. Without an elevator, this hotel is more suitable for Yong travelers with light luggage. The lounge in the lobby is good, but it's only open for a fixed period during the day."

"全体的に綺麗なホテルでした。スタッフの対応も丁寧でした。時間で家族風呂が利用出来るサービスもよいとです。しかし、遅くまでお風呂を利用できるのでの寝るときにボイラーの音が少し気になります。無料の朝食はシンプルに美味しくて次も利用したいです。 ホテルまでの道がすこし狭いですが、立地がとても良いです！"

"至って普通"
