"Our group of friends had a great stay. It's a great location with the Mystic Trailhead just a 3 minute walk away. Bedding was comfortable and kitchen was well-stocked. Hot tub was nice to watch stars at night. Communication was great with hosts. The only improvement I would suggest is more comfortable places to sit outdoors. There's a wooden picnic table and some wicker furniture without pads so everything is kind of hard (including the kitchen table bench/chairs)."

"The pictures don’t do justice to this property! It is beautifully appointed and wonderfully stocked with everything you could possibly need. It is on a large lot and well landscaped and maintained in a very nice neighborhood. Overall, it was an awesome experience."

The location was perfect for a safe morning walk with our toddler and we loved how conveniently located it was to shops/trails. Our only complaint is that we didn’t book enough days!! "Cleanliness, decor, and location of this property were all terrific. The management company was very responsive when we had trouble using the door code. They answered our call immediately and instantly resolved the problem. The home is down a hill, so even though it is in the heart of Sedona it feels secluded. "Close to Sedona downtown and walking distance to some trails. I highly recommend walking the .2 miles to the trailhead for Broken Arrow and other trails. Do this in the AM or PM for golden hour. Absolutely stunning."

"This was an amazing place, great features, close distance to everything and yet secluded from everyone at the same time. Walking distance to trails, we had family members, 3 & 9 and they were able to walk to the trails as well. Highly recommend this to anyone.
