When one of my two reservations didn’t show up properly, George went above and beyond to resolve the issue efficiently and with a great attitude. He was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. What really stood out was that George remembered me when I walked in again later, a small but thoughtful detail that made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. He also introduced me to the Hyatt rewards program with an excellent and well-explained upsell that made joining an easy decision. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, just a short distance from Universal Studios, which made our trip incredibly convenient. The free breakfast was also a highlight. Overall, this was a smooth, enjoyable stay made even better by great staff and service. Thank you again to George for turning a potential hassle into a positive experience!"

"It was a very nice place to stay but be prepared to pay 10.00 a day to park each day you stay. I was unaware of these charges until I got my total bill after I checked out. I think its not right to charge guess to park if they are staying at your hotel"
