"The rooms were beautiful and had good quality products for use. The staff were so friendly and the location was amazing. Given the access issues with cars to Lake Louise, I would definitely recommend staying here, along with the amazing experience we had"

"The property looked like it needed an upgrade, no tv and the WiFi did not work. The room has stained carpet and carpet was ripped. The hotel charges a lot of money but it felt like a motel 6. The jacuzzi had a leak on the shower head and had to wipe the water up to make sure it didn’t leak every where. Very disappointed. "

"Great stay for us this is the lake Louise inn. Prices will likely vary based on the season, but you can’t go wrong with the renovated rooms in the back, I believe it’s building five. Also, the lobby is well done and has two full functioning restaurants that are probably the best places to eat in the small Lake Louise area."
