"We stayed in Room 201 found out the toilet flush didn't work at all, so they changed us to Room 206, which is much better. Unfortunately hotel staff knocked our door at in the midnight and opened the room! we were so freak out. Hotel need do a better internal communication and avoid that happening again. no compensation on these issues. The location is convenient, parking is ok."

"We checked in and wanted to watch game 7 of the Spurs/OKC SERIES, tv internet was sketchy, bee in the room, charged rooms. We ended up seeing the second half, then needed a new remote for bedroom tv. It’s old and worn out and first room smelled too. The staff were pleasant for what they have to represent."

"The bathroom was disgusting, I put a small towel in the tub before showering and immediately it turned black. There were cockroaches in the room, no fitted sheet on the bed. Safety terrible, the bottom part of the bed was sticking out and it didn’t give enough room between the bed and the desk. Wi-Fi terrible connection was horrible; it is free!"
