"We spent such a great time at the beach house, house is very well maintained and in perfect conditions. Rooms and beds are comfortable, spacious and super clean bathroom. Kitchen is very well equipped with many utensils, coffee machine, oven, microwave and there is a BBQ grill at the patio. Walking distance to the beach, which is very convenient. "Nice view especially from deck! Nice deck with latched gates for little ones safety! Home was as listed. Had a small wait to get into home. The person cleaning accidentally took to key. Owner was as extremely nice and helped to resolve the situation in less than 15 minutes. The lady who came with the key was extremely nice and apologetic as well! The a/c took a while to cool off, they provided 1 stand fan, so we purchased 2 box fans to help cool us down. Could not set a/c temp below 73. The...

"Stay was great! Staff was quick and friendly at check-in. Although we were very late in the evening, concierge made sure we got the red carpet roll out. This is a nice change from traditional hotels. Note- no pets allowed. Late check-in fee $40. Deposit $75. They allowed a late checkout since we were in at midnight.
