This newly renovated condo is perfect to unwind after a fun day in Lake Havasu City which offers boating, water skiing, jet skiing, fishing, 4-wheeling, microbrews, concerts, auto racing, classic car shows, an indoor water park, movie theater, bocce ball courts, tennis courts, skate park, shopping, and fine dining. Sonrisa is the best condo complex in Lake Havasu! It is less than a 10-minute drive to the main street, London Bridge or the beach/channel area. Light shines through abundant windows. AC will keep you cool in the summer months. Our condo is no smoking and no pets. This is in a quiet neighborhood.

The loft features vaulted ceilings and convenient office space. Smart TV in living room. Half bath and washer/dryer on main level. Full kitchen with genuine stone quartzite counters, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven and Microwave. Dishes/glasses/silverware/all cooking utensils - coffee maker-waffle maker-blender-toaster-hot pot. Comes complete with fishing equipment, tennis gear for 4, bocce ball pro set and 4 directors chairs. This unit features a one-car attached garage. Two parking spaces, one in garage and one in the driveway. There are additional guest parking spaces shared by all residents.
