Absolutely beautiful home with gorgeous layout and decorating over 2,700 square feet on golf course. 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths. Master bedroom and bathroom upstairs with views overlooking pool. Main floor living room has French doors out to private pool. Spacious kitchen with granite tops open to living and dining area. Sunken living room with space for kids to play games and watch huge flat screen TV and Electric Fireplace. Perfect home for couples and families.

It is a fantastic location and a great house that accommodated our family perfectly for a week. Darin is a great property manager and helpful throughout our stay, with questions here and there. Highly recommended!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2 months in Lake Havasu, due largely in part to this beautiful home! Great location, with easy access to London Bridge events etc. had all the amenities we needed for our stay. I completely recommend this house to anyone traveling to the Havasu area!

The house was beautiful and in a great neigborhood. Conveniently located to everything The kids loved the pool! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, even a crock pot so we could spend the day on the lake and come back to dinner being ready, it was fabulous. Darin was very responsive to my questions regarding check in, and the process was super easy.

We just finished a weeks vacation at this home and it was great. There was plenty of room for the nine of us and the house was very clean. Our group really enjoyed the location as it was a very quite neighborhood near two golf courses. Downtown Havasu, an array of restaurants, and the Marina are just minutes away. The pool was awesome and came in handy after a long day at the lake. We didn't need to contact the owner much but when I did Kory responded within minutes. Kory, Thanks for being so easy to work with. See you next summer.

Great place for a family for sure. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space. The location is right on the golf course and the pictures are accurate of the property. The listing needs to be updated as the garage is not available, a boat is already parked in the RV space leaving room for one boat (we needed two but we made it work for two) and the pool is not heated. Living spaces were clean but cupboards had dirty dishes in them. After day two and having to wash what I needed to use, I decided to wash all the dishes in the kitchen and organize. (This was not a surprise as we have a VRBO in Utah and we know that the cleaning staff are so busy they do not have time to do everything. It's just part of being an owner and not living close to the property.) We would definitely stay again. Thanks Darin and Sandy!!

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home and city. The host responded to inquiries promptly. The host provided recommendations for dining and entertainment and did not disappoint. The home is well stocked with everything needed for the stay. I would definitely recommend this home.

Location was good and close to most activities and restaurants. House was comfortable. I spent 5 days cleaning to catch up the cleaning, unclogging the dishwasher, clean out cabinets and drawers and washing windows. My concerns of the condition did not seem to matter Darin. Other than that our time in Havasu was great.

The check in process was easy and the home was nicely decorated. We loved the open concept of the kitchen, dining and living room, it was a great hang out area where we could all be together comfortably. Each room was very spacious and the beds were quite comfortable. The Pool was big and there was a great view of the Lake from outside. The AC wasn’t working in the living room area, so we told Darin and in less than 30 minutes someone arrived to fix it! Very communicative and prompt with responding to any questions or needs we had. We loved it here!

This house was perfect for our stay, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had, he even had a pool guy save the weekend and come on a busy holiday weekend to fix pool issues we had. The beds were very comfortable in all rooms and the house was nicely decorated.

We had such a great time at Darins house. The beds were so comfortable and lots of supplies to cook our own meals. The pool was great to relax after a day on the lake. Close to launch ramps and nightlife. Would definitely stay again. Darn also was quick to answer any of my questions.

A group of us ladies stayed here to celebrate the memory of a close friend that passed away. The house was gorgeous, in a gorgeous neighborhood. It was close to everything, we easily drove to grocery stores, the London Bridge and all kinds of shopping. There were lots of towels provided which was perfect because we were in the pool most of the day. Lake Havasu is hot. The beds were comfortable, the house was beautifully decorated and very clean. The cleanliness was important to us as we are a group of OCD clean ladies and no one had any complaints. I can’t think of anything that could have made our stay better.

This house was perfect! Beautifully decorated, clean and the layout offered separate seating areas for the teens to hang out. Great pool and spacious backyard. Darin was very responsive and great to work with. We would definitely stay again the next time we are in Havasu. Thanks again Darin - the family really did enjoy your home!
