"We stayed at Whitney Cottage for about three months in the winter. The cottage is wonderful, and we loved it the moment we arrived. Everything was clean and orderly, and it was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Mark Peterson, our host, is as delightful as the cottage. We received a warm welcome, and Mark was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Lake Harmony is central to everywhere we wanted to go. "Lovely quiet cottage with everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable and serene. Only downside was that, while the lake was close, the public access area was a bit farther than we expected (a 10 minute walk on a busy road without sidewalks). But close access to kayak/canoe/pedal boat rentals, tons of hiking trails, great indoor & outdoor spaces on the property, and everything we needed to cook our own meals and relax. The s'mores supplies from the host were a thoughtful, sweet bonus!"

A quick drive to restaurants as well, you can’t beat this location! They provided all of the amenities we needed for the week as well. We will definitely be planning another stay!!"
