"Check-in staff member was very accommodating. We arrived about a hour and a half early for check-in. She said our room wasn't ready but thought she could move around some things and put us in another room if that was okay with us. I had forgotten to ask for a handicap accessible room and she found one for us. We really appreciated her help and getting us in a room on arrival. "
