"We had a lovely stay. The cottage is charming and perfectly appointed. It is comfortable and full of amenities. We wanted a place that was located in a beautiful setting so that we can relax, but close enough to enjoy the attractions of Lake George and beyond and this location fit the bill. Tom was very gracious and responsive. He made sure everything was perfect for our trip. Would love to come back!"

"This was a 5-day, large family, vacation. There were a few minor issues, but nothing we couldn't overcome. We absolutely loved the location. There were a couple of days that we didn't even leave the property. The mosquitos were horribly, horribly bad! We went through a lot of insect spray and tiki torch fuel, but we were prepared for them. Thanks, Lisa"

"My sisters and I stayed here as a base spot to head further up north to view the eclipse. This was an awsome little place! It was clean, not drafty and warm. The owner and staff were easily accessable when we had a question. Really enjoyed this place....it was reminiscent of our long since sold childhood Adirondack cottage! "Directly on the lake, you can walk out onto your own private peninsula, fish (I caught two bass in ten minutes), or just enjoy the lounge chairs or couples swing while gazing at the pristine lake or soaking up the fire we made in the brand new fire pit. "The cabin was perfect venue for our stay at Gore Mountain. The home was extremely clean with no detail left unturned, including gift baskets in the bathrooms and complementary wine for new visitors. The property was just private enough and perfect for our furry baby who enjoyed the woods every day. The owners were very responsive, and we would love to be able to stay at the cabin again in the future."

"We absolutely loved this little cabin! It was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children). We were in Saratoga for a soccer tournament and this was the perfect place to relax in between games and overnight. The hosts were amazing, left us the nicest welcome basket and equipped the cabin with everything we would need (flashlights, wood for the fire, coffee K-cups). We will definitely use this property again if in the area!"

"Overall, our stay was exactly what we wanted. One thing to note is that the service around the property is nonexistent so keep that in mind if that's important to you. Wifi is available at the property but it can be difficult when there are more than a few people trying to connect. "We had a large group of 18 with age ranges from 6 months to 85. This property was perfect and had something for everyone. The location was easy to find and absolutely gorgeous. The property had plenty of water toys, the game room was great! Could not have asked for a better host, so attentive with and a Great personality. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Much of the typical Lake George activities were closed since we visited during April, but we were very happy to stay here and will definitely return! It was the perfect space for us two (with extra to fit an additional friend or 2). Owner provided towels, pans, grill, coffee, etc for the stay which is greatly appreciated. It was close distance to anywhere we needed to go for groceries, activities, stores! Sad to go but I look forward to future travels here :)"
