"This place is absolutely amazing and perfect for our anniversary celebration. Very peaceful, quiet, and loved the rooms. The rooms are spacious, modern and the beds feel great! We had a great night sleep every night. Customer service is awesome as well, they are always attentive and ready to serve you for whatever you need. This place rocks!!!"

"I stayed in the cottage and it was such a lovely experience. The room was quite large and the tub was huge, though it did slowly drain when full. Being right on the water was calming, but sound from the restaurant next door carried over the lake and there was a wedding going on. They ended early enough though they it didn't disturb my sleep. The staff was wonderful. There was an air freshener in the room and I have migraines very sensitive to smell. They worked with me to ensure my visit was enjoyable and free from triggers. I would definitely stay here again. "

"I arrived at the property on the lookout for a dated room because of a number of the reviews that I read. But when I walked into our room, I was pleasantly surprised by how tastefully it was decorated and how updated the amenities in our room were. The hotel met all of our needs and then some. The location is unbeatable (though, I'd definitely opt for a lake view if we were to stay here again. And the staff responded promptly to our needs. The only complaint I have about our room is the letout couch. Uncomfortable is an understatement- whether you were sitting on the sofa or trying to sleep on the bed. On the other hand, the mattress in the bedroom was quite comfortable. Overall, I would highly recommend Bella Vista Suites. Note to the Staff: The room was decoeated really nicely. The coastal vibes were spot on. But the barstools are such a precious color and fabric selection for a hotel that welcomes families. Trying to keep them spot free was an olympic sport. As a guest with snall children, I would recommend/ appreciate a space that is slightly more tiny tot friendly. Thanks."
