"There were several small, but important areas of concern, such as insufficient caulking in the bathroom shower, an area of rotting wood at corner of the door leading out to the balcony and a small ceiling area at corner of room and adjacent to outside wall, that appeared to have some water damage. We did not use the hot tub due to an excessive racketing noise when the switch for the aeration unit was turned on. One does not have to be a quality assurance expert to see how these concerns can negatively impact an otherwise wonderful vacation."

"Over the labor day weekend we stayed here. The place was very clean and very friendly. Nothing fancy but we also didn't have to stay 3 day minimum. (Which many places there only excepted) We had nothing but friendly staff. We would definitely stay again"

"Very nice little place but was surprised by having ‘well water’ as we didn’t care for that & the property description on Vrbo doesn’t tell this. Entry was miscommunicated as well"
