"Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Haus, es war sehr sauber und es gab alles was eine Familie braucht. Handtücher, auch Poolhandtücher, frische Bettwäsche, Sonnenliegen, Küchenausstattung, Waschmaschine etc… Die Anlage ist gepflegt und ruhig, die Umgebung und die Orte in der Umgebung sind zu Fuß, Rad und Auto gut zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war total freundlich und sehr gut! Sehr gerne wieder!"

We all enjoyed our weeks stay, though had a few snags, primarily the awkward arrival and check in: address was 19 not 9! Nobody to meet us so our car blocked the tiny narrow alley for 20 minutes. Mrs Norma arrived, speaking only Italian, so we suggest that the property, contents, equipment etc. needs a good multi lingual guide pack. "Stayed at Nico’s house for 5 nights. Chose the house for its quirkiness and the view of lake Garda from one of the bedrooms/studio was wonderful. House well equipped and lovely shower. Would say that property not suitable for young children or anyone with mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs. Access from public parking is also via about 30-40 steps and a short walk to the house. Would have liked it more if there had been a garden to sit in. The roads up to Gaino from Toscalano are...

"We had the best time! The property was extremely well maintained! The villa is beautiful and CLEAN! Well appointed and the towels were wonderfully large! The children enjoyed the pool and yard - again well maintained. Our plan is to return! Staying at the villa made our trip to Italy pure joy. "An absolutely fantastic stay in a fantastic villa "Sweet Life". It fully lives up to its name. The house was luxurious and clean and the same with the pool area. And there were plenty of lovely sunbeds for relaxing. The family that owns the house and the staff were fantastically friendly and helpful with everything you needed. And the breakfast was fine. We hired a gourmet chef to cook one evening and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. We just say thank you for a wonderful weekend."

"We loved staying at the Affi house! It's in a great location - quiet village and drive-able to do many things (Lake Garda, Verona, Venice, etc.) Our children loved playing with the toys in the home as well as playing in the yard. We enjoyed the hikes up the mountain at the end of the street. I would definitely stay again. Maria and Paolo were so kind and helpful. They accommodated our early morning flight and met us for check in based on our schedule."

"Das Haus ist ein 200 Jahre altes Kleinod. Der Blick vom Balkon über den Gardasee und in die Berge spektakulär. Die Lage sehr ruhig. Trotzdem nur 10 Minuten von der nächste Badestelle am See entfernt. Gut zu Fuß sollten die Gäste aber sein. Es geht steil bergab / bergauf. Das nächste und wirklich gute Restaurant ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung und das Bad entsprechen nicht einem Neubauzustand. "Unser Aufenthalt war schön und das Apartment hat uns sehr gefallen. Da wir ein Krabbelkind haben, habe ich den Boden bei Ankunft sauber machen müssen, da dieser nicht gewischt war. Dies hat mich aber nicht gestört. Felicita war super zuvorkommend und flexibel. Als uns etwas im Haushalt gefehlt hat, hat sie uns ungehend jemanden vorbeigeschickt. Wir können den Aufenthalt für Familien sehr empfehlen."

"Absolut freundliche Mitarbeiter vor Ort, die einem bei allen Fragen weiterhelfen. Die Anlage hat unterschiedliche Ferienhäuser und es gibt einen Platz für Dauercamper. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Gardasee ist wahnsinnig schön. Die 3 Pools, mit unterschiedlichen Größen, bieten Platz für alle Wasserfreunde. Man kann natürlich auch über den Privatweg, zum Schwimmen, an den See gehen. Die Pizza im Bistro hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Das Ferienhäuschen ist für eine Familie gut ausgestattet. Wir haben die Zeit genossen. Für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern wäre es mir persönlich nichts, da die Wohnung sich über vier Etagen mit einer Wendeltreppe erstreckt. Die Küchenzeile mit Herd befindet sich in der ersten Etage, danach folgen zwei Etagen mit Schlafzimmern und jeweils einem Bad und in der vierten gibt es nochmals eine Herdplatte. "It is a great, clean and spacious place with fantastic views to enjoy a morning coffee. Only small let down was the noisy A/C unit which also did not cool effectively and needs to be looked at. Everything else was wonderful!"
