The front desk was kind enough to reach out to us, when the room was ready, The first morning when we were showering there was very low water pressure and no hot water. We let the desk know, they did change the shower head. The next morning still no hot water? The bath towels are small, cheap. We did let the desk know about the cold water again. I found it poor customer service, that they didn’t adjust our bill, due to the above issues. I wouldn’t...

"I booked this place because I could access it on foot from the airport. It is very convenient if you don’t have a car. If you do have a car, be aware that the daily parking rate will add substantially to your hotel bill. My room was pleasant, staff were helpful. "

"Close to the park and restaurants. The room could use a table and chairs for sitting. Sitting on the bed to eat was a little uncomfortable."

"Quick check in, great walking distance from Disneyland, staff was very friendly and helpful! Only issues were our bathroom ceiling fan was in the shower when we arrived so we had to call to have it put back in the ceiling and the soaps in the bathroom looked used or old, got new ones after the first round of housekeeping. Overall great stay and would choose again for Disneyland trips!"
