"The hotel has been fabulously updated with class and refinement. It has all the charm but with a modern clean feel. The staff were all amazing! A perfect place to stay for so many reasons. We came for fall foliage and were able to drive within 2 1/2 hours to so many different destinations. Perfect location. Highly recommend!"

"The room was well cleaned the ac worked almost froze me out the only problem I had was not enough bath rags and towels and the remote wouldn’t let the volume up and down but overall stay was very nice the parking was safe and the area was safe lots of food places around"

"Let me start by saying I would stay at this place again without hesitation. There are a couple of things I would suggest fixing. There is a bad water leak throughout the house. The water seeps up through the wood floor in the kitchen and primary bedroom. This is probably why the infestation of ants in the kitchen, living room and front bathroom. The sofa bed was covered with ants when I arrived making it unable to be used. The bathroom towels were covered with ants. I believe it they fixed the water leak issue under the wood floor and better sealed the perimeter of the home that would reduce the ant infestation. With that being said the home was still a great find and great place to stay. The ant infestation was extremely bad. Fix the ant issue and this place is a perfect 10."

"There was a change in my cabin due to a/c issues. The host was unable to call me so there was a delay in getting into my cabin. Thankfully they responded quickly and I was in the right cabin within 10 minutes. The cabin is exactly as described and was more than adequate for my needs. The freezer worked great but the fridge was barely cool. No other issues. The property is in a beautiful location and it was very peaceful for the most part. There was a decent thunderstorm with some heavy winds coming off the lake, but other than some windows rattling it was uneventful. I would definitely stay here again."

"The property was very close to the listing. Older model house but very clean and has a lot of space. Smaller kitchen but was still able to manage. The keypads are located on the back door and the front door, but the back is the one that should be used. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!!"
