"Lovely hotel. We stayed in the rooftop suite and while spacious, it sat below the restaurant and bar, so did not feel private (especially with hot tub). I would consider staying here again but not sure the rooftop suite was worth the very high price."

"Staff were all so client-service oriented, business-like but in a pleasant way. Marco at the reception desk was so helpful. Breakfast was adequate and varied enough to please all types of travellers. The hotel's location is ideal as it is quiet while right in the town centre and is about 10 minutes away on foot from the train station. A good alternative to staying away from the hustle and bustle of Milan city center while being only about 30 minutes or so away by train."

"Tha amount of money we paid on the presidential suite wasn't worth it. The air conditioner was very finicky. It was either too hot or too cold and was very loud. No welcome drink or any welcome stuff for a presidential suite. Nothing spectacular except the view from the terrace. The staff in the dining room and reception/check in were not very welcoming."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The hotel and room were both clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating of all our requests. We loved the beach club with access to the lake and their floating dock as well as their pool. The drinks and food were all delicious. The hotel is a romantic hotel. The town and hotel were a beautiful experience. Highly recommend."
