The rooms actually surprised me and my husband. We thiuggt it would be like a hotel deserving a score of 3.7 but much to our surptiy was VERY clean, super up to date, nice and cozy, COLD AC, and the staff was PHENOMENAL!!!! DEFINITELY WILL BE GOING BACK! GREAT BREAKFAST... andddd a big nice and CLEAN POOL!

Receptionist that works nights threatens to fight you if you ask for any help. Didn’t want to let me speak to a manger for 3 days. Feces on toilet paper at check in. And overflowing toilets.

I had to get my room changed because I told front desk the air didn’t work . I booked a room with a microwave and didn’t get it til 3 days later . I stayed for a week and would never stay again. The bed isn’t even comfortable. Housekeeping was great when it came to cleaning our room !

False advertising

Everything was great except next to no breakfast. Don’t advertise full hot breakfast and at 7:30 am there is absolutely nothing to eat except for 3 bagels

The hotel is nice and clean inside. The rooms are excellent. The staff are courteous and personable. Its one of the best hotels in Lake charles.

Expected more

Bed was comfortable. Area and hotel were quiet. shower leaks all over bathroom floor. Only 1 tv by bed, none in sitting area. Lamps are rusted. No smart tv so no streaming services.
