"From outside what looks like a small country cottage inn transforms to the nicest accommodations in the region. Shops and dining are all steps away. The studio has a gourmet kitchen and great bath with amenities. Don’t think about it, stay here for your visit to the Springs or the other Florida."

"Property not as listed - studio apt entered by side of house with piles of garbage and down tree limbs and glass beer bottles all over parking area, AC not on and then worked very poorly. Concrete steps to entrance area to apt separated from rotten porch. Apt dirty with sticky toothpaste all over bathroom faucet. Main house has many noisy residents, Back yard not clean. Listing very false, Booked for 3 nights-only stayed for 1 as I had no where else to go that night. All my belongings smelled...
